I have experimented with using strengthening magic on clothing before with decent results. And it seems more practical to apply it to undergarments than every single outfit in your wardrobe.
in all honesty, the particulars of my previous diet are less important than the cooking methods and characteristics. Stews, soups, fry ups and the like; heavier, richer flavors paired with astringency and herbs.
